Every member of Honeyhitz traffic exchange has access to the onboard Private Mailbox System. You can send a message once a day to anyone in your downline. If you want to send more than one email, you need credits to do so. You also need credits to contact a me member outside your immediate 1st Level Downline. This webpage provides information to help you get the most out of your Private Mailbox (PMB) privelges.
Honeyhitz traffic exchange Private Email Mailboxes
What is a Private Email Box?
Private email boxes are in-house email boxes designed for members to send and receive messages from one another. They are attached to each Member Account. No email is ever sent to your outside email account from a member. Email only goes to your Member Email Box. You choose to read it, reply to it, and/or delete it.
Am I going to get Spammed?
No. You will never get email to your sign up email from a member. No one except Admin ever sees your sign up email. Admin is fully CAN-SPAM compliant. Only Honeyhitz members can send you pmb messages to your onboard inbox. They never see any information about you except for your honeyhitz user number. No one can collect personal information about you or harvest your external email information.
You will get email in your Honeyhitz onboard Private Email Box. You can choose to read it, reply, and/or delete it. If you do not want to receive Private Email, there is a way to opt-out of that feature. Doing so means you cannot send email however.
What about bad words and inappropriate content?
Rich Parker at Varisearch tested a bad word filter extensively for several months. He has put in place a very comprehensive 'bad word' filter. Should a creative bad word pass the filters, simply contact Admin asap. We will add it to the black list. Same with inappropriate websites. If you get a Private Message containing an inappropriate website, or from a member abusing you or the system, simply contact Admin and we will take it from there.
We all know that some people have no life and find it humorous to 'game' a system. I believe plenty of filters and measures are place to prevent or limit unpleasant private email experiences. Having said this, let's move on to how you can use this marketing tool to your full advantage.
~ Using the Private Mail Email System ~
Reading Email:
When you log into your Member Account, you will get a message if you have emails in your inbox. Simply click on the message to go to your Inbox. You can also navigate to the Inbox using the Upper Menu Bar.
Click on any message to open it and read. You can respond to the message easily. You can also delete it. Once an email has been opened, it is flagged so the sender knows the recipient opened the email.
Sending Email:
Go to Send Email. You can send one message per day to those in your immediate downline free. If you want to send more than one email in a 24 hour period, or send to someone outside your immediate downline, it costs you one PMB credit per recipient. If no one opens your email, you can 'unsend' it. This puts those email credits you used to send the email back on your account. It does not cost credits to respond to another member's email to you.
PMB Credits:
These are credits used only to send email. You are awarded some credits based on your membership level. You can purchase, earn, or win additional credits. Some Member Offers will have PMB credits given along with the Regular and Manual Credits. In the future, we hope to see a Rewards System set in place where members can earn PMB credits by reading their email.
How you can use the PMB System:
You can use Private email boxes like you would do any normal business email account - to send information about your business, services, or affiliate programs you promote. You can ALSO use the system to encourage your downline or establish a communication and then relationship with your downline. As a network marketer, you know how important building positive relationships with others are. This system can help you reach out to your referrals.
~ Q&A ~
This sounds like a safelist. How is this different from a Safelist?
A traditional safelist sends email to one or more external email accounts (like gmail for example.) Private Mailboxes send messages back and forth between internal email boxes attached to each member account. No email is ever sent from a member to your sign up email account. It is all handled internally and privately.
