Terms Of Service: Honey Hitz Policies and Rules

We have established these rules to help make everyone's experience at Honeyhitz Traffic Exchange the best experience possible.

Basic Membership Policy Overview:
We provide free membership to all members with restrictions:
1. Members are allowed one (1) and only 1 free account.
2. Members wanting more than one account must upgrade the additional accounts or purchase an Internal Ad Suite.
3. We do not accept the same link submitted by multiple members. If you belong to a Group or Co-Op promoting the same link/s, you must upgrade each account.  If place the same link on multiple free accounts, and do not upgrade, each free account promoting the duplicate url will be flagged C&A and none of your sites will not receive hits.
4. Members agree to abide by our TOS and Acceptable Site Protocols. ASP is found on our TOS, in your member area, and in the section where you ad sites.

Honeyhitz traffic exchange: Site content

The following restrictions apply to any page being promoted through Honey Hitz :

• Any code, intentional or accidental, which interrupts the flow of an autosurf browser:
  • Nothing that stops the surf or prevents sites from moving in and out of the surf window, including Live Agents.
  • Pop-ups, Pop-unders, Exit Pages are not permitted.
  • No 'frame breaker'. No frame breaking scripts. Sites with frame breaking scripts cannot run on the surf.  You can add them in as text ads and/or banner ads.
  • Any script, image, or other element which causes a windows-dialog to appear, including but not limited to:
    • Automatic downloads
    • Automatic form submission
    • Blatant scripting errors
• Sites may not display any of the following types of material:
  • Illegal, hacking, warez
  • Pornographic, abusive, obscene or vulgar
  • Racism, Hate-mongering
  • Other material deemed by us to be objectionable
  • No adult content, including Adult images, pictures, banners. No 'Marginal' pin-up type images, no Evony Ads. A parent or grandparent must be able to surf while having a child veiwing their computer screen.
  • No obscenity, profanity, hate, hacking, or other inappropriate content. Again, a parent must be able to surf while having a child veiwing their computer screen or listening to the sound.
• Sites with restrictions: 
  • Sites with Adbrite Ads will only show on the local surf. We are not authorized to send sites containing Adbrite Ads into the VS-Ten Network. They can run as text and banner ads.
  • No hop.clickbank sites on the traffic exchange. They can run as text ads and/or banner ads.
  • We are not authorized by Google Ads, Adsense, Syndication, BidVertiser and similar paid-to-advertising venues to run sites with their ads on the regular surf traffic exchange (autosurf). Their tos seems to indicate that it is ok to place your sites with their ads on a banner or text ad or on the manual traffic exchange. Always check the TOS of those services before placing your site or ad on either traffic exchange.
  • No blind advertising rotators. 
  • No dating sites or Adult Community sites
  • No banner farms.
  • No YouTube videos
  • No urler shortener devices like tiny url, etc. 
  • No Redirects or Redirect Agents. The site you put in the traffic exchange must be the actual link to the program itself.
  • We do not accept the exact same url on multiple free accounts. If you belong to a Group promoting the same url, each account promoting the duplicate url must be upgraded. If you do not upgrade, every free account promoting the duplicate url/s will be flagged C&A and none of your sites will not receive hits.
  • 
    
• Sites must be in 90% English, or have an 'English version' function or Translation Feature on them
  
  Any site violating these rules will be suspended from rotation (taken off the tracks), and the member will receive a warning.  Blatant and/or repeated violation of content rules is grounds for account termination.

Rider rules: Restrictions on membership

• Members must join for themselves.  Any member caught filling in forms "on behalf of" another member will face immediate account closure.
• Membership is limited to one membership id per physical human being.  (In other words, different accounts under different email addresses that end up at the same person is a violation of our policies.)
• Members wanting more than one account must upgrade the additional accounts or purchase an Internal Ad Suite.
• Members may only use one autosurf browser at a time.  No extra credits will be generated by opening a second autosurf browser to the same account.
• Members may not spoof or tamper with our autosurf browser.  Attempts to do so will lead to account termination, and potential membership banning (meaning you can't re-join).
• Members may not send Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE or spam) promoting Honey Hitz in any way, shape or form.  We take spam seriously: if you don't have direct permission to send someone email, you may not advertise on our behalf.

Referrals page views for credits

You may show our referral page through other traffic exchanges.  In your weekly statistics report, you will also get ratios for referrals (how many views, versus how many unique views).  Credits are given in exchange for unique views in a 24-hour period.  We will attempt to store a cookie on the viewer's browser so you can qualify for referral credits from them if they join.

Referral credits

If a member signs up through your referral page, or through our main join screen within 30 days of viewing your referral page (meaning they have your cookie on their browser), you will receive credits when they join, and a percentage of their earnings or spend credited directly to your account.  For details, see the 'pricing / membership levels' page.

Once you have referral credit for a member, they become part of your "downline". 

CAN-SPAM Compliant:
Honeyhitz is CAN-SPAM Compliant. We do not encourage or endorse the use of Unsolicited Email, SPAM tactics, or SPAM agents. Any member caught using SPAM to promote Honeyhitz will have their account closed and will be banned from our service.

Emailing your downline (and vice-versa)

In your weekly statistics, you will be notified of new referred members, and if they elected to receive mail from their upline (they get a surf bonus for doing so).

If your downline members permit it (they have the choice, when joining), you may send electronic mail to them through our 'mail your downline' form.  You may not send more than 1 mail per week, and you do not have access to their email address.

You can elect to show or hide your email address.  If you send a message to your downline, even with your email obscured, they can respond through our 'upline response' form.

Content of these emails is subject to the same rules as site content, with the following additional restrictions:

• Be aware that we will receive a copy of any email sent through this method for evaluation of content
• Content sent this way can only contain plain text - no graphics or attachments are permitted

VS-Dir Directory Links and Ads:

Honeyhitz VS-Directory Link Directories are business oriented link and search engine services that are viewer and family-friendly.  While many other link services accept practically any kind of ad, this one does not. If you wish to post your link and ad here, all content  must adhere by the standards set forth in this Terms Of Service.

Honeyhitz VS-Directory offers three separate link services:

1. A free links section similar to an FFA (free for all.)
2. A Classified Ads style link directory.
3. An Article Directory.

The FFA and Classified Ads Directories are considered temporary link solutions, while the Article Directory Listing is a permanent link solution. 
 
All Honeyhitz Link Directories are USA FTC compliant, and abides by  Truth in Advertising policies as well as Fair and Ethical business practices. All Ads posted to the Site VS-Directory and link services must meet the following criteria:

• You must be a qualified, double opt-in member of Honeyhitz Traffic Exchange, and good standing with the entire program. We do not accept auto-posts from non-members and from outside agents of any type.
  Honeyhitz traffic exchange is CAN-SPAM compliant. We will never rent, sell, or share your membership information and email with a third party.
• All members of Honeyhitz traffic exchange agree to abide by all the Terms of Service and protocols of Site.
• If statements regarding income are made in your ad or on your website, those statements must be supported by actual, personal documentation that supports your statements. If you state in an ad that you make x amount of money, you must be able to provide proof of individual income. We cannot accept program generated ‘proof’ of income. You must personally make the income you claim in your ad or website, and be prepared to show actual proof.
• If statements regarding income are made in your ad or on your website, you must include a disclaimer that same results are not guaranteed.
• All programs which require a subscription must clearly state subscription costs, and have a clear policy and mechanizim for stopping subscriptions.
• No adult content accepted including date sites, adult oriented images, adult or foul or offensive language, website ads, and Adult related induindos.
• We do not accept any type of Dating Sites, Dating or Marriage Services, Adult Friend Finders, and other websites devoted to this type of activity. 
• No pharmacutical ads or websites including pills and physical enhancements.
• No hate, hate-mongering, hack, or hack-related sites allowed.
• Your site may not contain elements listed above in any form, including ads, images, pop under advertising, and/or redirects.
• Sites posted on the List or Directory are governed by the Traffic Exchange and Ad Exchanges tos and protocols.

Admin reserves the right to determine what is and what is not deemed acceptable to be posted to the FFA Links section and/or the Directory service..

By posting your site and ad to the Honeyhitz Directory, you agree that you are fully responsible for the content of both your ad and your website, responsible for providing proof of personal income statements, and accept all liabilities and consequences should your ad or website be reported for abuse.

Delivery of website hits and website traffic:
We will make every effort to deliver hits to your approved sites as quickly as possible.  We make no guarantees of any kind that you will receive a given number of hits in a certain period of time.

Local C@sh
Honeyhitz traffic exchange is not a paid-to service or venue. Honeyhitz does not pay members to surf, refer, click on ads, or  read emails. Honeyhitz does utilize a Local Cash system, called Local C@sh, whereby members can earn Local C@sh which can be used onsite to purchase items such as member upgrades, on site advertising, block ads, credits, and other items locally instead of using a payment processor and real money.

To use Local C@sh, go to the Honey Shop located in the Members Area. Choose Honey Shop. Any Local C@sh balance you have available will be displayed. You can then use Local C@sh to purchase items listed in that section. Local C@sh has no real monetary value, and cannot be requested as a Pay-Out. Any requests for Pay-Outs will be denied with reference to this section or the Terms Of Service web page. 

Procedure on purchasing:

• You must normally be logged into your account at Honeyhitz to purchase items. After login, go to the Honey Shop and select your payment method.
• Select the item you are buying.
• For payment processors, you will be asked to log into your account at that processor.
• For Local C@sh buys, you will be shown your Local C@sh balance which you can then redeem for an item, if you have the balance on hand.
  
• Purchases are not always automatic. Under some circumstances Admin must verify each transaction and process the purchase manually. Please allow up to 24 hours after purchase for Admin review and action.
• You will receive an email notification when your purchased is processed. Be sure to white-list webmaster@honeyhitz.net. We do not send email to or receive email from Comcast! If you are using them, please change your email on your account to one that will receive from honeyhitz.net - preferably gmail.

Delivery of  website hits and website traffic:
We will make every effort to deliver hits to your approved sites as quickly as possible.  We make no guarantees of any kind that you will receive a given number of hits in a certain period of time.

Account closure:
You can elect to close your account at any time.  This is done through the members' area.  If closed by mistake, you can un-close an account for up to 72 hours with no loss of credits or referrals.

Honeyhitz personnel may also close any account if it is found to violate our policies, either with frame-breaking, popup technology, actions used to cheat the system and/or artificially boost credit counts, actions to damage either the operation or reputation of our site (including the use of UCE (spam)), or other actions deemed by us to be unsuitable for our membership.

When an account is closed, any remaining credits and referrals are forfeited.  Referred members will rise to the closed member's upline referrer, or be listed as free agents.

Refunds:

We do not provide refunds on traffic received or credits used. Use of the service is entirely at the user's own risk. 

These rules and policies are subject to change without notice.
